Artisan Fishing Co aim to ‘be the change’ required in NZ fisheries management, ethically catching small parcels of fish each day, and making them available first and foremost to locals and local restaurants.
Artisan Fishing recognise just how important accessing fresh fish is for a healthy diet, and reckon all coastal communities should have better access to the fishery, rather than all the fish being shipped out of town.
